Robert has been involved in recruitment since 1993 having been Managing Director of two Leeds, Wakefield and Nottingham based Industrial Recruitment Agencies.
In 1998, for five years, he successfully owned and ran a small Hotel overlooking the Cricket Ground in Headingley, Leeds before assisting Carole and Bronwen in the setting up of The Recruitment Room in 2003.
